Who Needs the Teen Impact Course?

The Teen Impact Course is required for:

Teen drivers ages 16–17 who have:
- Received two or more moving violations, or
- Been convicted of a traffic offense under Texas law
Teens ordered by:
- Texas DPS
- Court
- Probation officer

What Is the Teen Impact Course?
